Royal Palm Charter is proud to be a Leader in Me School. Leader in Me is an evidence-based PK-12 model, developed in partnership with educators, designed to build resilience and leadership in students, create a high-trust culture, and help improve academic achievement. This evidence-based approach empowers students with the leadership and life skills they need to thrive in college and career. We focus on developing the whole child by:
- teaching LEADERSHIP to every student,
- creating a CULTURE of student empowerment,
- and aligning systems to drive results in ACADEMICS
We invite families and community partners to join us in our mission to create a community of leaders that are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in any and all academic and social challenges they encounter throughout their educational careers by:
- Attending an upcoming leadership event
- Joining our Parent and Community Lighthouse Team
- Sponsoring a schoolwide leadership role or club
- Supporting one of our service-learning projects
