Before Care is available from 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM

Cost: $5/day or $20/week

After Care is available from 3:15 PM - 6:00 PM

Cost: $25/day or $100/week

Extended Day will be offered to all students from VPK to Eighth grade however, space availability for grade levels are limited. Placement is filled on a first come first serve basis for only Royal Palm Charter School students and will be available Monday through Friday.

We will try to place students in separate groups for Lower Elementary and Upper Elementary/Middle School. Snacks will be provided. Activities will be offered to include homework help, outside play time, etc.

Payment will be due by the last school day of each week (mostly Fridays) and paid through your RenWeb account. Balance of the account must be current in order to continue enrollment and attendance of the program and there are no refunds.

The hours of Royal Palm's after school program will close at 6:00 pm. Please keep in mind all children must be picked up by 6:00 pm. We respectfully state "The time will be monitored by the school's program clock, not yours." If you are late you will pay an additional late fee of $5.00 for each fifteen minutes of tardiness after five minutes into that block of time based on the program's clock. This means if you arrive between the time of 6:05 pm and 6:15 pm you will be charged an additional $5.00 for that day. If you arrive between 6:16 pm and 6:30 pm you will be charged a $10.00 late fee for that day and it will continue in those increments.

When it comes to behavior, the Royal Palm's after school program will follow the same guidelines in our District's Parent/Student Handbook and the school wide discipline plan. Your child(ren) could be dropped from the program after more than 3 infractions, especially when it comes to respect given to the staff and another children. Your child(ren) must participate in the activities schedule or could face being dropped from the program. An example of this would be our time set aside for homework. Your child(ren) are expected to work on assignments or read a book during this time period. It is not a time for your child(ren) to just sit and use their phones (which are not allowed during our after school program).

Students should be dropped off and picked up from the Cafeteria.
